The mobile journey had not been updated in several years and although it was useful to travelers, it was showing its' age and not taking advantage of some of the newer search features.

I led research to identify eight primary user groups.
Mapped individual and group journeys.

Several area of improvement was identified.
Each area was addressed by sets of hypothesis.

Shadow, Coffee shop and remote testing techniques were used when appropriate, to confirm hypothesis.

Confirmed hypothesis were implemented in the final design.
